All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with the specific project contract signed between you and Motive Growth Renovations.
Estimates: All quotes and estimates provided are estimates only and are subject to change based on actual project requirements, material costs, and unforeseen circumstances. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Written Contracts: All renovation projects require a signed written contract that specifies the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and other project details. Work will not commence until a contract is signed and any required deposits are received.
Change Orders: Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in writing as a change order and may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments.

Workmanship Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our work and provide a warranty on our workmanship as specified in your project contract.
Materials: Materials and products are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims when applicable.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by parties other than Motive Growth Renovations.
Client Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project after signing a contract, cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be as specified in your project contract. Work completed and materials purchased up to the point of cancellation must be paid for.
Our Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend work if payment is not received as agreed, if you breach these Terms, or if circumstances make it impractical or unsafe to continue work.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in your project contract.
Insurance: Motive Growth Renovations maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by law.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the contract price of your project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, temporary housing costs, or emotional distress.
Property Damage: While we take precautions to protect your property, renovation work may result in dust, noise, and temporary disruption. We will repair any damage directly caused by our work as part of the project scope.
When required, we will obtain necessary building permits for your project. Permit costs will be included in your project estimate. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations.
You are responsible for disclosing any homeowners association rules, deed restrictions, or other limitations that may affect the project.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including but not limited to weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, unforeseen structural issues, or client-requested changes.
Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or government actions.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Motive Growth Renovations or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
We may photograph your completed project for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless you specifically opt out in writing. You grant us permission to use project photos on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
Good Faith Resolution: We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. If you have concerns about your project, please contact us immediately so we can work together to find a solution.
Mediation: If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
